WAGO 2022 Annual Meeting Exhibitor Application

In accordance with the following terms, conditions and regulations governing exhibits at the 2022 Annual Meeting of the Western Association of Gynecologic Oncology (WAGO) to be held June 16-19, 2022 at the Coeur d'Alene Resort in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, the undersigned hereby makes application for exhibit space(s), which, when accepted by the WAGO, becomes a contract. Terms and conditions listed under WAGO Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, as well as those conditions under which exhibit space at the Coeur d'Alene Resort is leased to WAGO, are part of this contract. WAGO reserves the right to alter the floor plan.

Acceptance of Contract

We agree to abide by all of the rules and regulations governing the tradeshow as printed in the WAGO Exhibitor Rules and Regulations which are distributed with this contract and which are part of this application. Submission of the exhibit application, receipt of payment and assignment of space shall constitute a contract with WAGO. Cancellations of exhibit space must be submitted in writing to WAGO Headquarters and shall be effective upon receipt of notice by WAGO. From time of signature of contract until April 15, 2022, fifty percent (50%) will be refunded for all booth cancellations. There will be no refunds whatsoever for cancellation of booth space after April 15, 2022.
