The most anticipated, annual social event invites all attendees and their guests to this reception style dinner. Sponsors receive acknowledgement through branded décor, signage, sponsor ribbons and recognition in pre-meeting materials, the 2024 meeting webpage and the digital program.
NETWORKING EVENT

Host this year’s happy hour networking reception at a unique, offsite venue that is walkable from the hotel. Attendees look forward to socializing at this informal event. This is a wonderful opportunity to increase brand awareness and connect with WAGO attendees. WELCOME RECEPTION

Kick-off the meeting and welcome attendees to Seattle on Wednesday, June 12. This reception will be held at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel and includes heavy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Sponsors receive acknowledgment on signage, branded cocktail napkins, Sponsor ribbons and recognition in pre-meeting materials, the 2024 meeting webpage and the digital program.
POSTER AREA
$8,000
Sponsor the poster area within the Exhibit Hall that is visited by attendees during dedicated poster breaks and remains open throughout the entire meeting. Sponsors receive acknowledgment on signage and receive a sponsor ribbon.
GENERAL SESSION BREAKS

Help provide the fuel that attendees need during general session snack and beverage breaks. Sponsors receive acknowledgement on signage and a Sponsor ribbon.
WI-FI ACCESS FOR ALL ATTENDEES

Provide meeting attendees with free Wi-Fi throughout the conference space for the duration of the meeting. Sponsors receive recognition where the Wi-Fi access instructions are posted, in the meeting program and signage onsite for maximum exposure.
GENERAL SESSION BREAKS

MEETING PROGRAM AD

A full-page ad in the digital program sent directly to every Annual Meeting registrant. This valuable attendee resource includes the schedule-of-events, oral and poster abstracts, and award winners among other meeting-related information.
GENERAL MEETING SUPPORT
Provide general support for WAGO 2024 and help advance the gynecologic oncology continuing education. Supporting companies will be acknowledged as part of the pre-meeting marketing campaign, the 2024 meeting webpage, the digital program and onsite.
UNRESTRICTED EDUCATION GRANT
Support the overall scientific and education program or an existing CME accredited session within the WAGO program through an unrestricted educational grant. All Annual Meeting programming is developed by the WAGO Program Committee. Support will be acknowledged in the digital meeting program and the 2024 meeting webpage.

WAGO is accepting applications for Industry Supported Symposiums (ISS).

An exceptional opportunity to educate your target audience. Sponsorship includes, promotion as part of the Annual Meeting registration process, online recognition through the WAGO website and social media, meeting room rental, standard audio-visual and room set-up, signage placed outside of the room and a Sponsor ribbon. Review the Industry Supported Symposia Rules & Guidelines for additional information regarding catering, AV, and add-on opportunities including audience response, hotel door drop and on-demand availability of the session following the meeting.
OVERVIEW
Limited slots are available in the 2024 program.
- WAGO will not offer Continuing Education (CE) credit for this program. Those wishing to offer accredited education must be directly accredited or obtain accreditation from a source other than WAGO.
- A 90-minute time slot will be provided. Exact timing subject to change.
FEES
The fee for the symposium is $50,000 and includes:
- Meeting room assigned in advance
- Registration table set outside the session room
- Promotion in one WAGO pre-meeting email blast.
- Listing of session title and faculty in the official WAGO program, and included in the on-site-schedule and onsite signage
- Standard WAGO audio visual equipment which includes an LCD projector, screen, podium microphone, and two table microphones.
- Food and beverage expenses and planning
Additional Opportunities
- Food and Beverage: Cost dependent on selections from teh hotel catering menu.
- Hotel room door drop to all WAGO attendees staying at the Fairmont Olympoic Hotel Seattle – $1,500.
- Recorded Session as Enduring Material: The recorded session will be promoted aspart of the post-meeting communications and available for free tothose that register via the WAGO website for six-months following the session. In addition, WAGO will share a link to downlad the recorded file following the meeting and sponsoring company will have the right to host and promote the content as desired.
WAGO ISS RULES & REGULATIONS
- WAGO will provide signage directing attendees to the session room.
- No signage from ISS sponsor will be allowed except within an exhibit booth.
- Industry partners are responsible for speaker management and all costs associated, travel, and hotel costs.
- ISS sponsor must use the WAGO designated audio/visual company for A/V but can bring their own audience response systems. Contact information will be sent with acceptance.
- Sponsor is responsible for promoting this event. WAGO will not guarantee attendance. Industry partners are prohibited from using WAGO’s logo. You may list the session as follows: “An Independent Satellite Symposium during the WAGO Annual Meeting.”
- Promotional material must not imply that the ISS was planned, sponsored or endorsed by WAGO.
- WAGO must review and approve all marketing or promotional materials that will be disseminated prior to, and in conjunction with, the ISS before the materials are printed.

ISS ATTENDEE & PERSONNEL REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Sponsor is responsible for managing registration for their ISS.
- Any personnel who will attend any part of the WAGO 2024 Annual Meeting must register and pay the appropriate fee.
ISS APPLICATION
- A non-refundable application fee of $1,000 will be collected as part of the application process.
- The final decision will be based on the information provided in your application. Applications should be as complete as possible, including:
- Symposium Title
- Industry Partner Name
- How the education will be customized for the audience
- Course Description and Learning Objectives
- Proposed Faculty
- Upon approval, full payment for the ISS must be received within 10 business days of your accepted application. If payment is not received within 10 business days, WAGO has the right to release the space.

ATTENDEE PROFILE
The Annual Meeting includes individuals from community practices and academic centers as well as those currently completing fellowships or residencies. Over 200 attendees are expected to participate in the 2022 meeting, including:
